Honestly, for Surrey and Greater London, I’d choose Block Paving in most cases — it’s proven, strong in wet weather, and easy/cheap to repair if any blocks move or crack.
Resin Bound definitely looks modern and stays relatively low‑maintenance, but it usually costs more upfront and needs excellent drainage prep. Concrete can be solid and cheaper to install, but over time it’s more likely to stain or develop cracks.
