Improving sperm quality for IVF – regenerative options?

Good afternoon. We’re preparing for third IVF. Husband’s sperm: concentration 8–12 mln/ml, progressive motility 15–20%, morphology 2–3%. Antioxidants + lifestyle helped a bit, but still poor fertilization rates. Endocrinologist says idiopathic. I found info about stem cell infusions that claim to boost sperm parameters in men with poor semen quality. Has anyone researched or tried this before IVF?

We faced almost identical numbers before our last cycle. After antioxidants failed to move the needle much, we looked at stem cell approaches. Some men report 30–50% improvement in concentration/motility after 4–8 months (combined with continued supplements and avoiding heat/toxins). In our case, it pushed parameters enough for better blastocyst development.

One balanced experience I found helpful (semen analysis charts over time) is here https://stemplus.clinic/disease-treatment/male-infertility/ - shows gradual changes without promising perfect sperm. It helped us decide to try one more natural optimization step first. Always pair any treatment with your fertility specialist’s monitoring - they can track if it’s actually working via repeat SA.
